Cameras not working for you? Please read the following instructions for technical assistance.
Note: Land of Pawz does not have the ability to field your computer questions. For this reason, we have hired an IT service company, Whitman Computer Services, to maintain the cameras and assist our customers with any technical issues you may have. We have experts standing by 24/7 who will gladly assist you for free via email!
Please read the following instructions before contacting us. By providing the following information we can better serve you and address your problems more quickly.
We will need the following information about your computer:
Which Operating system are you running?
What type of RAM memory?
Do you have a graphics adapter?
Are you using Antivirus software?
Are you using pop-up control settings or software?
Are you using parasite intrusion software?
Which web browser and version are you using?
1. Personal at home computers or stand alone business computers.
We need an accurate description of what kinds of problem you are experiencing.
In your email support request, please provide details as to what you do see when you click on the camera link on the Land of Pawz web page.
Note:
If you are an AOL 9.0 Security Edition user and browsing the
web thru AOL you must turn off all their security or our web cams will
not be available to you.
2. Using networked business and/or government computers.
Prior to contacting us please ask your IT department to be sure that they are not blocking our site. There are many of these systems that have internal security blocks that you may not be aware of. If so, we cannot help you if your company or governmental agency is blocking our transmission.
